Load moment indicator (LMI)
Shows rated and actual load, radius and boom angle; cuts dangerous moves and records lift history
Tri-colour load indicator
Green under 90%, yellow 90–100% with alarm, red at 100% with automatic cut-off
Over-hoist protection
Limit switch at the boom tip stops the hook before it reaches the top
Over-release protection
Stops the winch when only three wraps of rope remain on the drum
Boom limit & back-stop
Two-stage upper boom limit and a spring back-stop against backward tipping
Boom hoist drum lock
Pawl locks the boom luffing drum when the handle returns to neutral
Function lock & seat interlock
All handles lock when the lever is up or the operator leaves the seat
